White dragons are a subspecies of dragon with a preference for cold climates like icy glaciers and cold mountain peaks.[1] They are considered to be the weakest of the true dragons in the social hierarchy of Argonnessen.[5]

Society

Most white dragons dwell in Argonnessen, although some rogue dragons dwell on other continents. In the Thousand in Argonnessen, the lower intelligence of white dragons compared to other dragons is occasionally a point of tension between flights of white dragons and other flights.[6]

A clan of white dragons also dwells in Everice, keeping an eye on the local frost giants to keep them from growing too powerful.[7]

History

According to the legend of the Progenitor Dragons, white dragons were first created when the blood of the mortally wounded Siberys struck the icy mountains of Eberron.[8]

Symbology

In the Sovereign Host pantheon, the god Kol Korran is sometimes depicted as a white dragon.[9]
