The Thunder Sea lies south of Khorvaire, west of Aerenal, and northeast of Xen'drik. One of the smaller of the ten of Eberron, it is no less dangerous.[2][1]
The sea's main inhabitants are the sahuagin, a race of water-dwelling fish-like humanoids. Most of the sahuagin tribes pillage and plunder passing ships, but a few tribes and individuals offer safe passage and guide services for a price.[2][1]
