The Three Faces of Evil is an adventure by Mike Mearls set in the Greyhawk campaign setting using the 3.5e Dungeons & Dragons rules. It is the second adventure in the Age of Worms Adventure Path and was released in 2005 when it was published as part of Dungeon magazine 125 and is the only part of the adventure path without conversion notes by Keith Baker for setting it in Eberron, but has been included here for sake of completion. It is intended for characters of 3rd level.
Summary[]
Clues discovered in Diamond Lake lead to the Dark Cathedral, a forlorn chamber hidden below a local mine. There the PCs battle the machinations of the Ebon Triad, a cult dedicated to the three vile gods. What does the Ebon Triad know about the Age of Worms, and why are they so desperate to get it started? An Age of Worms Adventure Path scenario for 3rd-level characters.
