The Library of Last Resort is an adventure by Nicolas Logue set in the Greyhawk campaign setting using the 3.5e Dungeons & Dragons rules with conversion notes written by Keith Baker for placing it in the Eberron campaign setting. It is the ninth adventure in the Age of Worms Adventure Path and was released in 2006 when it was published as part of Dungeon magazine 132. It is intended for characters of 16th level.

Tilagos Island does not appear on most maps of the Nyr Dyv, yet the storm-shrouded island hides the greatest repository of knowledge of an ancient cabal of druids who defeated Kyuss 1,500 years ago. An Age of Worms Adventure Path scenario for 16th-level characters.
