The Binding Stone is an Eberron novel by Don Bassingthwaite published by Wizards of the Coast in 2005. It is the first book in The Dragon Below trilogy and begins the quest of Geth, Dandra, and Singe.

Synopsis[]
The story starts with Geth and Adolan hunting some displacer beasts when they encounter an injured Dandra and return with her to Bull Hollow. In Bull Hollow, Geth encounters an old comrade, Singe, who angry at Geth for actions in the Last War. Their fight is interrupted by Ashi, dolgrims, and the Bonetree clan, who are attacking Bull Hollow in search of Dandra. Adolan dies in the conflict and the the trio decide to go to Yrlag then Zarash'ak to get revenge on Dah'mir and the Bonetree clan.
While taking a Lyrandar vessel from Yrlag to Zarash'ak, the trio meet Vennet d'Lyrandar and Natrac. On the journey, Ashi attacks the group and is captured. When the group arrives in Zarash'ak, Vennet reveals himself as a traitor, capturing Natrac and freeing Ashi. The group track down Vennet and Ashi but they are with the dragon Dah'mir so they are overwhelmed. Natrac and Geth get away while Singe and Dandra are captured. Geth and Natrac travel to an orc village named Fat Tusk. Geth and Natrac go to Jhegesh Dol and retrieve a powerful weapon. Geth, Natrac, Orshok, and their orc allies attack Dah'mir and company, leading to an epic showdown.
