Succubi are winged fiends that prey on mortals, corrupting them with various forbidden temptations, before killing them and taking their soul.[1] Succubi are native to the plane of Mabar.[4] Some also reside in the Demon Wastes.[5]
Some succubi work for the Lords of Dust, manipulating mortals to further certain threads of the Draconic Prophecy.[6] The most notable of these agents is Thelestes, the Velvet Blade.[7]
Incubi[]
A male succubus is known as an incubus. However this terminology is largely academic, as succubi and incubi can transform into each other, and their shapeshifting abilities mean that mortals rarely see their true form anyways.[1]
Notable Succubi[]
- Thelestes, an agent of the Lords of Dust, working for the prakhutu Kashtarhak.[7]
