Spriggans are nomadic fey related to gnomes.[1] They are found in Thelanis.[3]
Description[]
Spriggans appear as ugly and distorted gnomes with yellow-green skin and long red, greasy hair. They may disguise themselves as gnomes to spread havoc among a community in the Material Plane.[1]
Abilities[]
Spriggans can shift to a larger size as an innate ability.[1]
Society[]
Due to their demeanor, spriggans find it difficult to gather with others of their own kind for very long, and prefer to spread havoc among existing communities.[1]
Lands[]
Spriggans pass over from Thelanis to Eberron at times when the planes are coterminous or through manifest zones.[3]
