The Silver Flame is the quintessentially pure abstract deity of goodness and law.[1]
The Silver Flame was born during the Age of Demons, when the couatls combined the souls of their race into a spiritual force that could bind even the Overlords.[2]

Church of the Silver Flame[]
The Church of the Silver Flame is the dominant religion of Thrane but has followers across Khorvaire.[1] Closely associated with Tira Miron, the Voice of the Silver Flame, all those wishing to communicate with the flame must speak through Tira for the purity of the Flame is too great for any mortal to hope to achieve. The Church of the Silver Flame follows the direction of the Silver Flame and focuses primarily on eradicating supernatural forms of evil across Khorvaire and beyond.[1]
Other Followers[]
While the Church of the Silver Flame is the most well known and numerous of the followers of the Silver Flame, the Silver Flame is worshipped elsewhere as well.
The orcs of the Ghaash'kala in the Demon Wastes worship the Silver Flame as Kalok Shash, the binding flame.[3][4]
The ancient religion of the nation of Khalesh in Sarlona worshipped the couatls, and by extension the Silver Flame as the force created by their sacrifice.[5] However, during the Sundering, the Kaleshites were almost wiped out. Their former holy sites are now ruins, and the descendants of those who survived mainly follow the Path of Inspiration.[6] Only a few survivors, mainly shulassakar, continue to worship the Silver Flame.[7]
The Shulassakar who dwell in Krezent in the Talenta Plains also worship the Silver Flame.[2]
