Ourelonastrix was a powerful blue dragon prophet from the Age of Demons.[1]
History[]
Ourelonastrix is theorized by some to have first learned magic from the Overlord Bel Shalor, who in turn may have inspired some myths of the Shadow, the Sovereign of Magic and Mayhem of the Dark Six.[2]
Ourelonastrix is credited by the dragons of Argonnessen with the discovery of the Draconic Prophecy. Along with the couatl Hezcalipa, Ourelonastrix also helped bind the Overlords.[1]
His students passed on the secrets of draconic magic to the first giants of Xen'drik during the Age of Giants. After the dragons of the Light of Siberys razed the continent of Xen'drik, the dragons of the Conclave of Argonnessen referred to this as kurash Ourelonastrix (Aureon's Folly).[3]
Legacy[]
Some scholars suggest he is the origin of the myths of Aureon, the Sovereign of Law and Lore of the Sovereign Host. The dragon doctrine of Thir hold this to be fact.[4][5] He presumably first embodied the sovereign archetype of the loredrake among the devotees of Thir.[6]
