Otyughs are large grotesque aberrations notable for their ability to eat anything.[1] Scavengers by nature, otyughs can be found in any dark place with plentiful waste in Khorvaire.[1][4]
Description[]
Otyughs have six limbs: three legs, two tentacles, and a sensory stalk.[1]
Lands[]
Otyughs prefer dark dank environments with decaying organic matter, such as swamps, caves, and city sewers. They are sometimes used as garbage disposals by other sentient creatures.[1]
Otyughs have been spotted in the sewers of Sharn.[5] Some Carrion Tribes in the Demon Wastes travel with otyughs.[6]
