Eberron has seen support through Wizards of the Coast's organized play formats several times throughout its history.
Third Edition[]
Mark of Heroes[]
Mark of Heroes was the first Eberron RPGA campaign. It consisted of eleven standard adventures and nine "one round" adventures that brought players from 1st level to 10th level. The thirteenth numbered adventure was never actually released, furthering Eberron's theme of 13–1. All players were part of an organization known as the Digger Union, commonly referred to as the "Grave-diggers Union" due to the short life expectancy of its members. It did not have an over arching story, instead having players going out on individually and for the most part unrelated jobs. It ran from 2004 to 2006.
Xen'drik Expeditions[]
Xen'drik Expeditions was the second Eberron RPGA campaign. It consisted of forty-eight faction specific adventures and nine non-faction specific adventures that brought players from 1st level to 14th level. Players could be from one of four factions, The Blackwheel Company (A group affiliated with the Twelve), the Cabal of Shadows (a group of outcast, miscreants, and sometimes strait up villains), the Covenant of Light (a group affiliated with the Church of the Silver Flame), and the Crimson Codex (a group that wishes to manipulate the Draconic Prophecy to their own ends). In the case of the Blackwheel Company and the Covenant of Light, players do not need to be members of the Dragonmarked Houses or the Church of the Silverflame. Unlike Mark of Heroes, Xen'drik expeditions had an over arching storyline involving bits of the Draconic Prophecy called the Caldyn Fragments. It ran from 2006 to 2007
Fourth Edition[]
Fourth Edition contained no organized play material for Eberron.
Fifth Edition[]
Embers of the Last War[]
On August 2, 2018, Wizards of the Coast announced that there would be a new D&D Adventurer's League storyline set in Eberron called Embers of the Last War. The twelve adventures and a supplement of extra encounters were written by members of the Dungeon Master's Guild Adepts program and set in Sharn.[1] The adventures were released on DM'sGuild between September and December 2018.[2] The adventures used separate character creation rules from the standard Adventure's League storylines, which take place in the Forgotten Realms. Embers was considered playtest content, as it was based on the mechanics released with Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron, and is not compatible with the Oracle of War storyline.
Oracle of War[]
On August 19, 2019, the D&D Adventurer's League admins announced that a new series of adventures, called the Oracle of War, would be coming out following the release of Rising from the Last War. The series would have 20 Core Storyline adventures, one for each level of play from Level 1 to Level 20, with occasional supplemental adventures and 4 Epics, 1 for each tier of play.[3] The Adventurer's League admins also announced the addition of Will Doyle and Shawn Merwin to their admin team to oversee these adventures.[4]
The first 4 adventures and an Epic for Tier 1 premiered at Gamehole Con in late October and early November 2019. They focused on the junk town of Salvation and players braving the dangers of the Mournland to scavenge from the remains of Cyre. The adventures began to be released on a monthly basis to the public on DM's Guild in December 2019.
