Onkar is an antagonist in The Blade of the Flame trilogy of novels authored by Tim Waggoner.

Onkar was the former First Mate of the Seastar under the command of Famed adventurer Erdis Cai. Once a human Onkar is now a Vampire and Commander of The Black Fleet. Onkar makes Grimwall his home which is ruled by Erdis Cai.
