Councilor Nolan Toranak is the representative of the Cogs district of Sharn on the City Council. Nolan's positions on the Council usually favor the industrial powers that operate in the Cogs, and disfavor warforged who reside in Sharn.[1]
Toranak harbors a grudge against warforged due to having family killed by warforged during the Last War. He advocates to have them all reclassified as property.[2]
