Miraan is a Cyran rogue and warlock and leader of the violent and unpredictable Storm Hammers gang based in the Dannel's Pride ward of Stormreach. She is a well known, or rather notorious, figure in the city's Cross district.[1][2]
Personality[]
She's a charismatic leader[2] who commands the stubborn loyalty of her gang, though many outsiders believe her to be utterly insane.[1]
Abilities[]
As a warlock, Miraan is capable of the charm and devil's tongue invocations, allowing her to create much chaos before joining battle with her eldritch blasts. When it goes against her, she can use flee the scene to escape. She herself claims she has a connection to the Mourning itself.[2]
Rumors[]
There is rumor that Miraan keeps all kinds of living spell cantrips and Mournland creatures in her gang's hideout.[2]
