"Levistus" is the only known name for an Overlord who was imprisoned in the Frostfell. The original name of the Overlord is unknown, but at some point in the past, the Overlord managed to break out of his imprisonment, acquiring the name Levistus in the process. Levistus was subsequently re-imprisoned, but the escape emboldened his followers among the Lords of Dust, who seek to free the Overlord again.[1]
His followers govern the iceberg city of Icerazer in the Frostfell, which is populated by rakshasa and other fiends and ruled by a half-fiend searching for the Crown of Black Fire.[1]

According to Keith Baker, he had worked on an unpublished article involving an Overlord named Dral Khatuur trapped in the Frostfell. Levistus would have been retconned as either Dral Khatuur or a powerful lieutenant of hers.[2]
