Into the Wormcrawl Fissure is an adventure by James Jacobs set in the Greyhawk campaign setting using the 3.5e Dungeons & Dragons rules with conversion notes written by Keith Baker for placing it in the Eberron campaign setting. It is the eleventh adventure in the Age of Worms Adventure Path and was released in 2006 when it was published as part of Dungeon magazine 134. It is intended for characters of 19th level.
