Usage[]
Identification papers are common in Khorvaire's more civilized nations, namely Aundair, Breland, Karrnath, the Mror Holds, Thrane, and Zilargo. However, normally only members of the upper and middle classes need to have them on their person all the time.[1][2]
Issuing[]
The Notaries Guild of House Sivis notarizes identification papers, though they are officially issued by a government to its citizens.[1][2][note 1]
