Hexblades are people who randomly manifest dark magical powers in a manner similar to sorcerers. A hexblade's powers normally manifest at a young age, usually by causing unlucky accidents to happen to those around the hexblade.[3] Hexblades are generally associated with the Dark Six. Some speculate that the hexblades are given their powers by the Shadow, but many hexblades believe their powers are gifts from the Traveler.[4]
