Most coins in Eberron are minted individually by the Five Nations or the Mror Holds, although older coins come from the mints of the Kingdom of Galifar. The Kingdom of Galifar also set forth the standards for minting coinage, which are still followed by its successors.[1]
The most commonly used coins are the copper crown (cp), depicting the crown of Galifar, the silver sovereign (sp), usually depicting a national ruler, the gold galifar (gp), depicting Galifar I, and finally the platinum dragon (pp), depicting a dragon.[1]
