Alchemical defense nodes are warforged components that act like armor for a warforged.[1]
Description[]
Melded into a warforged's armor are a number of slots designed to contain consumable alchemical substances. Up to three such items may be installed in these slots.[1]
Abilities[]
At the start of a period of activity, the warforged may select one of these alchemical substances and infuse its armor with its latent energy. This provides the warforged with protection from like effects. For example, a warforged using alchemical fire will have a resistance to flame lasting until they next rested. Appropriate substances involve fire, cold, acid, lightning, or poison.[1]
